Toktogulov Tynychtyk Khamitovich
One of the most outstanding electrical engineers in the Kyrgyz Republic. He is a candidate of technical sciences with 50 years of experience in the field of electric power, as well as a consultant with more than 20 years of experience. He has successfully implemented over 10 international projects throughout the Kyrgyz Republic.
Tynychtyk Khamitovich is the co-author of the handbook of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor B.N. Neklepayev, which is widely known in the former Soviet countries under the title “Electric part of power plants and substations”, which once again shows all the professionalism and literacy in the field of electric power.
